Our team
Our dedicated team of care assistants, cooks, and cleaners work together to deliver the highest levels of care, companionship, and encouragement to our residents at Meadowcroft. Our care assistants get to know your loved one well—understanding what they can do independently versus what they need help with, from daily personal care like bathing and dressing to enjoying a fulfilling social lifestyle.
Our dedicated Home Manager, Ramona, has been a part of the Meadowcroft family since 2018. Her dedication to providing exceptional care and her ability to lead by example have earned her the respect and admiration of both her colleagues and residents. Ramona is passionate about her role, finding great joy and fulfilment in caring for those at Meadowcroft. As she puts it, “Caring for the residents here is both a pleasure and an honour. My day is complete when my residents are happy, because their happiness is what drives me.”
Dining & Nutrition
Good food is central to life at Meadowcroft. Everything is freshly cooked from scratch by our on-site kitchen team, offering three balanced meals a day alongside snacks whenever residents want them. We work closely with residents to shape our seasonal menus, accommodating all dietary needs and celebrating special events with family afternoon teas and home-made cakes.
Activities & Daily Life
No two days are the same at Meadowcroft. With two dedicated activity coordinators running sessions six days a week, there is always something to look forward to—from arts, crafts, and musical afternoons to visits from local nursery children and seasonal outings. We focus on keeping residents mentally stimulated, physically active, and genuinely connected to the local Shoreham community.
