Meadowcroft is committed to providing high quality Residential Care. We specialise in caring for and supporting older people, especially those with Dementia.
Our home is located in Shoreham-by-Sea, close to the town centre and within easy reach of the train station and shops. We are just a short trip to the beach!
We understand how difficult it is when someone can no longer live in their own home, so we aim to ensure Meadowcroft is a home from home. We strive to enable residents to keep their own lifestyles. It is important that they can enjoy their life, their way.

All floors are accessed by a lift or stairlifts, giving residents freedom of movement throughout our home.
All rooms have en-suite facilities consisting of a toilet & wash basin, with 3 shared bathrooms (2 x walk in showers and one bath) all easily accessible via the main lift. Rooms can be personalised with the residents own furnishings and possessions where they wish.
Meadowcroft has two large lounge areas where events and daily activities take place. There is also a beautiful dining room and well maintained landscaped garden area that is in constant use throughout the spring & summer months. It provides an ideal location for lunches or socialising and relaxation with friends and family.
Our fees vary based on room and need and are between £1,000-£1,475 per week, the following services are included in these fees.
- A full in-house laundry and housekeeping service.
- Daily activities schedule.
- Home made, freshly cooked meals & snacks by our own chefs.
- Dedicated telephone line for residents including a laptop for facetiming families and using the internet.
- Superfast Wi-Fi.
At Meadowcroft we treat people with dignity and respect, ensuring that our residents have as much control over their own lives as possible. Our work is shaped by the people we support, rather than the other way around. We support and encourage.
No two days at Meadowcroft are the same. With our extensive list of activities, we strive to meet the wishes of our residents whether its fish and chips from the local chippy to watching sport with a fellow enthusiast! Come and take a look into what we get up too!
